About me
Studied art and art education at University of Alberta. Taught art for over forty-two years in middle and High school, U of A Department of Extension, and U of A Secondary Education – in Art Ed and CTS IPT and APT Curriculum and design and art making. Taught 6 years at Swiss IB international boarding school and organized over 30 art and ecological study trips. Made travels to endangered spaces to collect his own art imagery and ideas. Am teacher, artist with specialty in drawing, painting, printmaking, soft pastel, design, photography, and magazine illustrator. My masters and doctoral program in Sec Ed Art focused on studying drawing, observation, and ways of seeing in art and science in how drawing might be used in digital/virtual world.
