Nicole is a dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She is passionate about sharing her love of movement and breath as tools for mindfulness and stress relief. Her classes create a welcoming environment for participants of all levels, focusing on the connection between body and mind. Nicole believes that yoga is a fantastic practice for all.
At the ATA Fine Arts Conference, she will guide participants through a practice that focuses on both movement and meditative breathing to promote well-being both physically and mentally.
