About me
Katrina has been teaching music since 2018. She is the choreographer for the Philippine Barangay Performing Arts Society, an international award winning dance group for Filipino youth in Edmonton. Her goal is to share her culture through music and dance, not only for fellow Filipinos, but for all children. She believes that teaching repertoire from different cultures is a powerful tool for anti-racism in the elementary classroom.
